Annuity Leads - Lead Generation Details

Prospects have requested information and/or quotes regarding annuities specifically or "retirement planning solutions" touted to help grow their nest egg tax-deffered,, preserve capital - specific needs targeted by an annuity. Some campaigns will also offer them a free booklet on annuities and/or retirement planning.

All annuity leads are not created equally. At Leadbot we utilize one of the most stringent quality control processes in the industry to provide you clean leads that make you money.

STEP 1 - Quality Lead Generation Only

All leads generated using proven methods only. No free iPods or gift certificates in exchange for filling out our requests for annuity information. Consumers are offered a free booklet on annuities and a suitability assessment with a licensed professional.

STEP 2 - Automated Scrubbing

Upon consumer submission, all leads are automatically put through several electronic quality control steps

  • Are the minimum fields filled out?

  • Does Leadbot already have the lead?

  • Do the first 6 digits of the given phone number (NPA.NXX) exist in that combination in their stated zip code?

  • Are the minimumn age and investment level filters satisfied per the data entered with the lead?

Those not satifying the above tests are removed from the distribution pool.

STEP 3 - Call Center

Leads that pass the above steps are then sent to a call center where each lead is called multiple times by a live person in an attempt to verify the phone number. if the prospect is reached, the rep will confirm the prospects interest and information.

**Leadbot may not be able to contact every lead and not doing so does not eliminate the lead from being eligible for distribution. If there is no obvious reason to invalidate the lead (disconnected phone number, fax number, different name on voice mail) the lead will be considered valid. Normally the call center will only hold a lead for a maximum of 24 hours before releasing it.

STEP 4 - Email Introduction and Annuity Booklet

After leaving the call center, leads deemed valid will be emailed to the assigned agent. At the same time, Leadbot will also send the prospect an email introducing the agent as their assigned professional, and also including a digital ebooklet outlining the benefits of annuities.
