All prospects have indicated an interest in receiving a telephone call from a licensed agent to receive a quote(s) for life insurance and have provided detailed information regarding their health history and anticipated coverage need.

Quality Control

While there is no silver bullet to eliminate all bad leads, Leadbot™ incorporates several unique layers of quality control to filter out as many as possible.

Layer 1
All leads are scrubbed via quality control software that helps to identify potential prank leads by keyword (Joe Blow etc.), checks for recent duplicate requests within the past 48 hours, removes individuals with extreme height/weight ratios and attempts to identify that at least one of the contact phone numbers has a valid area code and prefix combination for the given zip code.

Layer 2
All of our request for quotes are then streamed to a call center where a live person will attempt to further verify phone numbers and intent. This free, additional layer of quality care separates Leadbot from the competition and is resulting in an additional 20% of leads being scrubbed out that previously would have been distributed.

Important: Leadbot does not speak with every lead before distributing, but uses the call center to identify disconnected phone numbers, fax tones, and numbers that belong to someone else. If we do get the prospect on the phone we re-confirm their interest and data before tagging it as valid for distribution. If the call center does not get a hold of the prospect but there is no indication that the lead is bad, it will be tagged as a valid lead.

Upon assignment, prospects will also be emailed a notification that you specifically will be calling.

Leadbot life insurance leads come with the following standard filters: Minimum death benefit request of $100,000, minimum age of prospect is 30 years old,

Premium Filters

Leadbot offers you the option to only accept prospects located within a seventy-five mile radius of a specified zip code. (The selection of a radius smaller than 75 miles, while allowable, may dramtically reduce lead flow. Please consult a Leadbot sales associate with any questions prior to ordering).

In addition, customers may request a filter to only receive prospects age 45 and older. Associated costs for applying these filters, as well as volume discounts, can be found in the pricing table above.

On average 5% to 10% of your leads will be eligible for replacement. Leadbot employs sophisticated mechanisms to weed out pranks and obviously uninsurable applicants.

6. Was not distributed more than once
7. Not uninsurable due to cancer, recent heart attack (2 yrs), HIV/AIDS or height/weight extremes

For Impaired Risk Leads

1. Real person

3. Really requested quote comparisons for life insurance products
4. In their 30th year or greater, in their 80th year or less

Impaired Risk leads are NOT replaceable due to health conditions

Any leads violating any of the above guarantees will be happily replaced with another lead. There are no cash refunds. Leadbot does not replace leads that do not call you back. If it is not listed above it is not replaceable. Leads must be returned within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for credit.
