On 17 April, a select group of twenty Gold Partners came together at the Galgenwaard stadium in Utrecht. The goal of the day was to think together about the future of LeadBot and to give partners a real say in the roadmap. It turned into a valuable and inspiring afternoon, with the concrete result that every idea contributed earned a place on the roadmap.
Partners helping shape the further development of LeadBot is no empty promise. We believe we make the difference together with the agencies and web developers who deploy LeadBot for their clients every day. They know better than anyone what real-world practice demands. This roundtable was the place to gather that knowledge.
The programme
The afternoon began with a plenary kick-off. Jeroen Bos, co-owner of LeadBot, gave an update on developments within LeadBot and the course for the period ahead. Then Marijke van den Berg, also an owner and partner manager, walked the group through the latest developments in the partner programme.

The partners then split into smaller groups. There, the focus was on the themes agencies run into in practice, and the ways LeadBot can offer a solution. The conversations produced a wealth of ideas, drawn from the partners' own day-to-day experience.

Voting on the ideas
At the end of the session things got serious. All the ideas that emerged in the groups were presented to the whole room. Together, the partners voted on the proposals they felt would add the most value.

The result speaks for itself. Every idea contributed has been added to the LeadBot roadmap. And one of those ideas is even being released as early as July. Solid proof that partner input doesn't disappear into a drawer, but leads directly to action.
Closing with a view
Afterwards there was time to catch up over drinks, with a remarkable view. From the skybox on the fourth floor, the group looked out over the Galgenwaard pitch. A fitting end to an afternoon centred on collaboration and looking ahead.
We look back on a successful session and thank all the partners who were there for their time, energy and ideas. This is exactly how we want to move LeadBot forward together.
